Kansas City Amateur Baseball Association in detail
- Wood bat since 2008, three divisions, and a guaranteed number of games in each.
- Five start times, two days a week, six venues — and no fixture list.
- Records are quoted for every champion; no live table renders.
- Results with seven distinct status codes, down to suspended and forfeited by which side.
- Monarchs, Mavericks, Blue Wahoos, Blazers, Panthers, Black Sox, Athletics, Expos, Trash Pandas.
- MVP and Cy Young winners published with their complete lines — .513, 100 strikeouts, 1.31.
- Jonathan Krysa, League President, on (816) 547-3232 and two league addresses.
- Email the president your date of birth and playing history, and he mails every manager.
- Turf at Raytown until June, then five complexes across two states.
- Wood bat, two-hour limits, and a run rule that changes with the format.
- Champions, award winners and a 300th career win, stacked on the front page.
- Team photographs sit on the welcome page, embedded rather than published.
- Nobody is thanked in public.
- An all-star game and playoffs in all three divisions, and a World Series title in 2021.
- Monarchs 26-0 in 2021, 24-2 in 2022, 29-3 in 2023 — and the runner-up named each time.
- A president, and no other office named.
- All five answered, with a price range and a guaranteed game count.
- An information page that does the work of a rulebook, a fee schedule and a prospectus.
- April 2 to September, Sundays and Thursdays only, holidays excluded.
- Uniform and hat run $25 to $50, paid to the manager.
- $70 for seven innings, $90 for nine — published to the dollar.
