Inland Northwest MABL/MSBL

About the Inland Northwest Men's Baseball League

Two hundred players across eastern Washington and north Idaho, May to October, wood bats.

Two states, five towns, one league

The INMBL runs clubs in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene and Priest River, Idaho, with 200-plus ballplayers across summer and fall seasons from May to October, affiliated to the national MSBL. It plays on local high school fields and occasionally at Avista Stadium, home of the Single A Spokane Indians. Its motto is four words: don't go soft, play hardball.

Four divisions run on four different days — 18+ on Sundays, 32+ on Saturdays, 45+ on Tuesday or Wednesday nights, and a 60+ competition that started in 2025 — and none of their fixtures, tables or rosters reach a plain reader; the whole live season sits behind a login. High Cheese gives a league one address it owns with all of that in text, so a competition that spans a state line is findable from either side of it.
