Inland Northwest MABL/MSBL

Inland Northwest Men's Baseball League Tournaments

Double elimination in summer, single in fall, and a national circuit of 500 teams.

Two formats, and a way out of the region

Each division ends in its own bracket: double elimination after the 18+ summer season, single elimination after the fall league and the 32+ and 45+ seasons. Time limits apply in the playoffs but not in a championship game, and the run rule is suspended for the final. Beyond that sits the national body's circuit — the league quotes it directly: twenty-five regional tournaments and two nationals, the World Series in Arizona and the Fall Classic in Florida, which grew from 386 teams in 1998 to nearly 500 across three weeks and ten age brackets from 25 to 70.

Dropping the run rule and the clock only for the final is exactly the right instinct. High Cheese builds and runs a bracket off the standings the season already produced and applies the format each round actually uses, so a championship that has no time limit is scheduled as one.
