Including a professional ballpark
The league plays on local high school fields across two states and occasionally at Avista Stadium, home of the Single A Spokane Indians. Its new player workout is at Hart Field on Spokane's South Hill. The rulebook adds what borrowing those fields costs: if a game runs past the limit both clubs help prepare the ground for the next one, with the home manager responsible, and teams must make a field playable and safe after a rain delay using that ground's own approved products and standards.
Writing down that you may not apply a product a field does not approve is what keeps a high school lending you its diamond next year. No venue is named against any fixture. High Cheese ties the ballpark, the address, the map and its own maintenance rules to the game, so the field's requirements travel with the fixture.
