The league publishes an Umpire Directory alongside its league and manager directories -- so its officials are identifiable people rather than an anonymous service.
Its Suspensions and Forfeits page is the other half of that relationship: an open record of the consequences when a player crosses one.
No rate or recruitment route is published.
Assigning crews across four divisions and half a dozen grounds is the same problem as the schedule, and a High Cheese league page runs both from one fixture list -- with the directory attached to the games rather than kept as a separate file.
