Three directories, published
The league publishes a League Directory, a Manager Directory and an Umpire Directory as three distinct documents.
That is the most complete contact structure in this directory. A player knows who runs the league, a manager knows who runs the other clubs, and both know who the officials are -- without any of them going through a general inbox.
Publishing an umpire directory in particular is rare, and it means crews are known people rather than whoever turns up.
A High Cheese league page attaches a working contact to each of those roles at the league's own address, with the rosters, the pool and the schedule behind the same address.
