Answered, including the awkward one
The league keeps a FAQ and a separate page of directions on joining.
What its front page already answers: four divisions from 18+ to 45+; a season from the last weekend of March through September; playoffs in late September, double elimination, with the final at a triple-A stadium; games on city park and school district fields, named; a player pool for newcomers and a taxi squad for men who want more games.
And the awkward one: which division should I be in? Aside from age, no rule stops you joining any of the four -- it depends on your skill and comfort level.
What is not on the front page is the fee.
A High Cheese league page states the fee beside the division it buys, on the same page as the player pool sign-up.
