Suspensions, published
The league publishes its rules and a waiver PDF, and alongside them keeps a Suspensions and Forfeits page in its main navigation.
Publishing suspensions openly is unusual and deliberate. It means a player who is out knows it, an opposing manager can check, and the penalty carries a social weight it would not have inside a private email.
Its COVID-19 guidelines are still filed as a separate section beside the rules, six years on.
The one structural rule stated in plain text is the age ladder -- 18+, 25+, 35+ and 45+ -- with no other restriction on which a player picks.
A rulebook and a suspension list both need to reach the people they bind. A High Cheese league page keeps them beside the fixture they govern.
