Sorted by comfort, not by rule
The league keeps a Teams section and a Manager Directory, across divisions at 18+, 25+, 35+ and 45+.
Its own placement guidance is the interesting part: aside from age eligibility there are no rules preventing a player joining a team in any of the four divisions -- it all depends on the player's skill and comfort level on the field.
So a fit forty-five-year-old can play 18+ and a cautious twenty-six-year-old can play 35+, by choice rather than by permission.
A High Cheese team page belongs to the club rather than the season, and a player's own page carries every team he turns out for, which is what a league with this much cross-division movement needs.
