The final is at Kino
Qualifying teams compete in a double-elimination playoff tournament held in late September, and the championship games are played at Kino Sports Stadium -- a triple-A ballpark rather than a city park.
Very few leagues in this directory finish their season in a professional stadium, and none states it as matter-of-factly as this one.
Double elimination rather than a single knockout also means a club that qualifies is guaranteed more than one September game.
The league keeps a separate 2025 Playoffs page alongside its current schedules.
A championship recorded on a High Cheese league page keeps the bracket, the final and the winning roster attached to the year, so a title won at Kino is a game somebody can read back rather than a stadium name in a paragraph.
