A Contact Us page with nobody on it
The page is titled Contact Us and gives no name, no title, no email address and no phone number. What it carries instead is navigation: forms, rules, the code of conduct, newsletters, photos, the schedule, the Hall of Fame and manager registration.
That is a specific and common failure, and it is worse than having no contact page, because a visitor spends the click before finding out. Five divisions, a managers meeting at a spring training stadium and a Hall of Fame, and no way to reach anybody.
A claimed league on High Cheese has a contact and an inbox that reaches whoever is actually running it, on a page that answers the question its title asks.
