The league publishes an umpire evaluation form. It does not publish a crew list, an assignor, a fee, or a route to becoming an umpire.
The evaluation form is the interesting half. Most leagues in this directory do not name their umpires at all; this one is collecting written feedback on them, which is what an organization does when it has enough games and enough officials for quality to vary.
