The paperwork behind the Phillies
The paperwork Phillies deal with belongs to the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Phillies are one club of 27 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Documents belong beside the season they govern.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
