The rules the Phillies play under
The Phillies play under the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The Phillies play out of Livermore, CA.
The league does not provide bats to players or teams, and it attaches a warning that reads like it was written after an argument: wood breaks -- do not borrow or loan a bat or a piece of equipment unless you can afford to replace it or accept the loss.
Rules that decide what the Phillies may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
