How to join the Phillies
Players do not sign up with Phillies directly. They register with the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Phillies are one club of 27 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Many players sign up through the player pool looking for a spot on an existing team.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to California, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
