Priced, published, and it pays for the field
Seacoast is one of the only leagues in this directory that publishes what a sponsorship costs. An eight-by-ten fence banner on the Keay Field outfield fence is $350, and the fee goes to the maintenance of Keay Field itself. Separately, East Rochester is looking for a lifetime scoreboard sponsor at $20,000.
Both numbers are on the front page, next to the champions and the home run leaders.
That is a league that has worked out its sponsorship is not advertising but infrastructure -- a banner buys the grass, and a scoreboard is a twenty-thousand-dollar permanent asset for a town field.
A High Cheese league page puts a sponsor beside the fixture list and the standings players open each week, and keeps the ask itself -- price and purpose -- on a page a local business can be sent to.
