One office, considerable power
The rulebook vests the league's ethic in its President: the responsibility for sustaining adult attitudes rests with him, and anyone who abuses the league's code or acts against him may be suspended or expelled.
No other officer, board or committee is described, and the President is not named on the public site.
A High Cheese league page attaches a working contact to the role at the league's own address, so a player facing that authority knows who holds it.
