Thirty-three, mostly
The published rules are the structural ones. Players must be 33 or over, with what the league calls some exceptions -- an honest phrase for a four-team competition that occasionally needs a body. Games are generally nine innings. The season is fifteen games plus playoffs.
Nine innings for men over thirty-three, every Saturday, is a longer game than most senior leagues play, and the league states it as normal rather than as an achievement.
No bat rule, roster limit, courtesy runner or pitching restriction is published on the open web.
A rulebook belongs beside the fixture it governs. A High Cheese league page keeps the current version at the league's own address next to the schedule.
