Ask, and hope
The only way in published anywhere is the league's contact form. No fee, deadline, tryout or free agent list appears on the open web.
For a four-team league of men 33 and over, playing fifteen Saturdays a year, the flow of new players is the difference between four teams and three -- and there is nothing on the public record that would find one.
A join page that states the fee beside the season, with a free agent pool underneath it, is what a High Cheese league page adds at the league's own address, and in a competition this size it is the single most valuable page it could have.
