A form, and a city
The league publishes an email link and gives its location as Scarborough, Ontario. No officer, telephone number or address is named.
For a competition that has been running since 1996 and travelling to national tournaments since 2011, that is a very small public footprint.
A High Cheese league page routes a message to whichever role should answer it, with the schedule, the roster and the join form behind the same address.
