Minnesota 50+ Baseball League Questions

Who, when and how it works are answered in detail. Where and what it costs are not.

Three of five, and one of them uniquely

Who can play: men who turn 50 in the calendar year, in 50s and 60s brackets, seeded across seven divisions. When: one weekend day a week from early June to late September, six-inning doubleheaders, with five holiday weekends off and a one-day tournament to finish. How it works: clubs arrange their own games, up to four against any opponent, and the league seeds on strength of schedule.

Where the games are played and what it costs are nowhere — no field is named anywhere on the site. A claimed league on High Cheese answers all five beside the schedule and the standings, which for a self-scheduling league is also where the fixtures would finally become visible.
