The biggest operation in this directory
Long Island MSBL/MABL runs six age divisions — 18+, 25+, 35+, 45+, 55+ and 60+ — across Nassau and Suffolk, on a list of forty-five named venues that includes Adelphi University, St. John's, Glen Cove Stadium, Doubleday Stadium, Baseball Heaven and Fairfield Properties Ballpark. It keeps standings for every division in the current and previous season, publishes its policies and rules highlights on the front page, runs an apparel store through a uniform supplier, and operates out of an office at One Huntington Quad in Melville with a published telephone number.
Very few adult leagues anywhere reach that scale, and almost none of it can be found by a search engine — the divisions, tables and results all arrive by script inside somebody else's platform. High Cheese gives a league one address it owns with six divisions' fixtures, tables and rosters in plain text, so the largest adult baseball operation on Long Island is findable by the men who live there.
