Who can play: 25 by December 31 for the 25+ division and 35 by December 31 for the 35+, with two exceptions allowed per club and nobody under the line permitted to pitch. A man may play down a division but never up. The president can waive a case close to the line. Managers are responsible for getting it right and can be suspended for getting it wrong.
When the season runs, which fields it uses, what a team pays and what a player pays are all unpublished — the fee is described only as an amount to be determined by league officials. A claimed league on High Cheese answers all five on the same page as the schedule and the standings.
