They will build a team around you
Anyone interested as a player, a manager, or in spinning up a side of his own completes the Prospective Player Registration Form with his name, age, playing history, positions and best contact, and that goes out to every league manager. Depending on volume, a player is assigned to a team directly, invited to evaluations, or placed into an expansion opportunity — and the league states its intent plainly: we try to get all interested players on a team, and if we get lots of interest we try to start new teams.
That is the most generous intake policy in this directory and it deserves better than a form. A High Cheese free agent pool does the same work continuously and in public — every unattached player in front of every manager, all season, so the eight teams become nine because the demand is visible rather than because somebody counted the emails.
