A phone number that answers
The league publishes (541) 753-1639 and an email link, and states that league operations, scheduling and field coordination are managed directly through EMSBL administration rather than farmed out.
A published telephone number is rare here, and running its own scheduling means whoever picks up can actually answer a question about a field. No individual officer is named, and a claimed league on High Cheese keeps the number and puts a person behind it, so a manager in Cottage Grove knows exactly who moved his game.
