Administration, unnamed
The league says its operations, scheduling and field coordination are managed directly through EMSBL administration, and names nobody — no president, commissioner or board.
Running scheduling in-house across seven fields and eight clubs is a person's job, whoever it is. High Cheese lets a league name its officers and hand out real permissions, so the man moving a fixture has an account rather than an unattributed sentence.
