The first line of this profile is the league telling you to leave it: as of 2023 the EMSBL is no longer using PlayyOn, please visit our new website. Underneath, unchanged, is the league it was — formed in 1994, affiliated to the MSBL, offering men in the Eugene/Springfield metro who truly love baseball the chance to enjoy the game as they did as kids, with players of all levels welcome and even minimal experience encouraged. Three years after it moved out, this is still what a search for the league finds first, and none of it is current. That is what happens when a league's public record belongs to a platform: it cannot be taken along and it cannot be taken down. A claimed league on High Cheese owns the page, the address and everything on it, so moving never means abandoning thirty years of what you wrote about yourself.
