Run like an organization, not a fixture list
COAB keeps the fullest set of sections of any league on a hosted platform in this directory: About Us, League Rules, Teams, Standings, Schedule, Scores, Stats, League History and Records, Awards and Recognition, Player of the Week and Month, Contact Us, Board of Directors, Registration, Sponsors, a League Store, Events and a NABA Tournament.
Two things set it apart. It publishes its IRS Form 990-PF for 2024 and 2025, which no other league here does, and it runs combines rather than simply taking sign-ups.
A 990-PF is a private foundation return. Filing one, and then putting two years of them on the website where any member can read them, is a level of financial openness that has no equivalent anywhere else in this set.
High Cheese keeps the schedule, the standings, the stats and the rosters at one address, so an organization already this accountable does not have its season spread across a platform it rents.
