A tournament with its own place in the navigation
COAB keeps a NABA Tournament section alongside Events, and publishes Affiliation News among its announcements.
Giving a tournament permanent navigation rather than a seasonal post means it is an institution the league expects to run every year, and NABA affiliation is what connects a central Oregon league to a national circuit.
High Cheese builds and runs a bracket end to end, seeded off the standings, so a tournament this settled has its history attached.
