The paperwork behind the Rangers
The paperwork Rangers deal with belongs to the SLO MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Rangers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
No waiver, bylaws or field agreement is published.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
