The rules the Rangers play under
The Rangers play under the SLO MSBL rule book.
The Rangers publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Putting the year on a rulebook is a small thing that solves a real problem: elsewhere in this directory sites carry rules with no date and, in one case, registration instructions eleven years old sitting beside current ones.
Rules that decide what the Rangers may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
