How to join the Rangers
Players do not sign up with Rangers directly. They register with the SLO MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
Everything public about the Rangers is the SLO MSBL's.
Telling somebody the door is shut, and keeping his details for the next one, is more use than an open form that goes nowhere.
Somebody who wants the Rangers specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
