Kept properly, held elsewhere
The league runs a Statistics section that opens in a new window, and maintains Historical All-Stars, Historical Records and Historical Award Winners as their own pages.
A league with ninety-seven years of records has statistics worth more than most professional minor league franchises hold, and it keeps them. What it cannot do is put a player's career in one place, because the current numbers live in one system and the history lives in another.
Scoring on High Cheese produces the figures as a byproduct of the game and puts every at-bat on the player's own profile, so a career and a record book are the same object.
