An archive rather than a shelf
The league publishes Historical Records, Historical Award Winners and Historical All-Stars as separate sections, alongside its Hall of Fame.
That is not paperwork, it is an archive, and it is the single most valuable thing any league in this directory holds. No rulebook, waiver or bylaws are published beside it.
High Cheese keeps a league's documents where people already go for the schedule, and keeps every season as data, so an archive grows by itself instead of by somebody typing it up each winter.
