One notice, properly written
The league keeps a News section, and the item carrying its front page is the extreme heat safety notice -- addressed by name to managers, players, umpires and fans, structured in numbered sections, and issued for a specific Sunday.
That is a league using its announcement channel for the thing that could actually hurt somebody.
A High Cheese league page pushes an announcement into the schedule every affected player already carries, so a heat protocol for a Sunday in Fillmore reaches the two clubs playing there rather than everyone who visits the site.
