The paperwork behind the Livermore Cardinals
The paperwork Livermore Cardinals deal with belongs to the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Livermore Cardinals publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Managers are also expected to know the standing rules and the code of conduct.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
