The rules the Livermore Cardinals play under
The Livermore Cardinals play under the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The Livermore Cardinals are one club of 27 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
The league publishes both by-laws and league rules from its footer, and managers are expected to know and understand the playing rules, the standing rules and the code of conduct.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
