The paperwork behind the Jays
The paperwork Jays deal with belongs to the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Jays play out of Livermore, CA.
The league links its by-laws and its league rules from the footer of every page, alongside its FAQ and its national affiliation.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
