The rules the Jays play under
The Jays play under the Tri-Valley Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The Jays are one club of 27 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
A rulebook that distinguishes a handle from a barrel needs to be readable at the field.
Rules that decide what the Jays may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
