The paperwork behind the Team USA
The paperwork Team USA deal with belongs to the MSBL of Southern California: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Team USA are one club of 18 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Whether they are two leagues or one league catalogued twice cannot currently be determined, because neither will render a word -- which is itself the problem.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
