The rules the Team USA play under
The Team USA play under the MSBL of Southern California rule book.
Everything public about the Team USA is the MSBL of Southern California's.
Somewhere behind those errors is the answer to a question a player in Los Angeles or Orange County would reasonably want settled before he registers.
Rules that decide what the Team USA may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
