The paperwork behind the Pirates
The paperwork Pirates deal with belongs to the MSBL of Southern California: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Pirates publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Two entries then resolve into either two leagues or one, and a player can tell which.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Pirates would keep it.
