How to join the Pirates
Players do not sign up with Pirates directly. They register with the MSBL of Southern California, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Pirates publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Two entries then resolve into either two leagues or one, and a player can tell which.
Somebody who wants the Pirates specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
