How to reach the Captains
There is no direct contact published for Captains. The MSBL of Southern California routes players through the league office, and a club is reached through it.
The Captains play out of Irvine, CA.
Somewhere behind those errors is the answer to a question a player in Los Angeles or Orange County would reasonably want settled before he registers.
A club reachable only through a league office is unreachable in February, and a High Cheese inbox answers all year.
