Who runs the Captains
The MSBL of Southern California publishes no officers for Captains. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Captains are one club of 18 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
Somewhere behind those errors is the answer to a question a player in Los Angeles or Orange County would reasonably want settled before he registers.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Captains already have.
