The paperwork behind the Waves
The paperwork Waves deal with belongs to the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Everything public about the Waves is the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League's.
No rulebook, waiver or constitution is published in the front page text.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
