The rules the Waves play under
The Waves play under the Santa Barbara Men's Adult Baseball League rule book.
The Waves publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Nothing about bats, roster limits, game length or pitching restrictions appears in the front page text.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
