The paperwork behind the Tropics
The paperwork Tropics deal with belongs to the Bay Area Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Tropics play out of San Francisco, CA.
Behind them sit the bylaws of Bay Area Men's Senior Baseball League, Inc., registered and on file with the State of California, which the rulebook cites as the source of the board's authority.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Tropics would keep it.
