The rules the Tropics play under
The Tropics play under the Bay Area Men's Senior Baseball League rule book.
The Tropics publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A rulebook of this weight needs to be one tap from the game.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
