Career leaders, in a league that actually has them
The OSBA keeps four separate career records: offensive stats by player, career offensive leaders, pitching stats by player and career pitching leaders. On top of that it publishes a stats package for every season from 2006 onward, and a running set of team and individual leaders through the current year -- currently marked as of 24 July 2026.
That is close to two decades of continuous statistical record for an amateur league, which almost nobody manages.
The catch is the format. The current leaders are published as images, the season packages as downloadable spreadsheets with tabs, and the career records as links out. None of it can be searched, and a player who led the league in something in 2014 has no page to be found on.
Career and season leaderboards that build themselves out of the scored games are standard on a High Cheese league page, and every player gets his own address underneath them -- which is the one thing twenty seasons of spreadsheets cannot give the men in them.
